Lamar Odom Sentenced To 3-Month Alcohol Education & 3-Year Probation

Lamar Odom Sentenced To 3-Month Alcohol Education & 3-Year Probation

Lamar Odom’s DUI case has been resolved after he got a plea deal in the form of a 3-year probation.
“The case was resolved,” a spokesperson from the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office told Us Weekly. The NBA player, 34, has agreed to 36 months of probation and 3 months of counseling in an alcohol-education program, after his lawyer entered a no-contest plea on behalf of the troubled star. “His lawyer was in court this morning, and advanced the case [after he] entered a no-contest plea,” the spokesperson added.
Odom was also ordered to pay $1,814 in fines and penalties.

Khloe Kardashian’s husband was arrested on a DUI charge back in late August, after a California Highway Patrol officer pulled over the professional athlete for driving “too slowly” and in a “serpentine manner” on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley.
After failing field sobriety tests and refusing to take a chemical test, Odom was booked on a DUI charge.
