Team News
Fulham
- Following the 4-3 Capital One Cup defeat to Leicester City in midweek, Martin Jol is under pressure from the Fulham board ahead of the welcome of Manchester United.
- The Cottagers must pick up a positive result against the defending Premier League champions, but Jol will be without the services of Matthew Briggs and Hugo Rodallega, while Brede Hangeland is a doubt.
- Alexander Kacaniklic may come in to replace Bryan Ruiz on the right-wing.
Manchester United
- Manchester United romped to a morale boosting 4-0 win over Norwich City on Tuesday night and will look to take that confidence to Craven Cottage on Saturday.
- Manager David Moyes is expected to make a number of changes for the encounter with Fulham, but will be without the services of Darren Fletcher and Danny Welbeck.
- Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic are set to start at centre-back, while Adnan Januzaj could replace Shinji Kagawa on the left-win from the side that beat Stoke City 3-2 last weekend.

Prediction
- After securing back-to-back league victories, Fulham were brought crashing back down to earth following the 2-0 defeat to Southampton and the 4-3 loss at the hands of Leicester on Tuesday. Martin Jol will be demanding his team return to winning ways in front of their home fans against Manchester United.
- David Moyes' side are unbeaten in their last 11 trips to London, but have endured a mixed spell of results on the road this term, winning 2 and losing 2 of their 4 matches away from Old Trafford. However, against a Fulham side that have won just once at home this season, they'll be confident of picking up maximum points at the expense of the Cottagers.
- United have won their last 6 meetings with Fulham in all competitions and despite stuttering early on this season, look set to heap more misery upon the west London side.
