Prediction

  • Arsenal sit top of the league but they've only played one side in the top 8 so far and come up against arguably to strongest attacking partnership in England when Suarez and Sturridge make the trip south.
  • Having lost to Chelsea in midweek the Gunners continue on a very tough run of fixtures and their lead at the top is likely to come under real threat in the coming weeks, starting on Saturday with Liverpool able to overtake the hosts with a win.
  • In the two sides' last 6 meetings at the Emirates there have been 14 goals scored, shared out evenly with 7 apiece, and this is likely to be another close encounter in an entertaining game.
