Prediction
- Germany will qualify for the World Cup if they avoid defeat against Republic of Ireland and are expected to name a strong starting XI for the welcome of the Green Army.
- Republic of Ireland, on the other hand, have endured a miserable qualification and will look to restore some pride with the trip to Berlin.
- Joachim Low's side, however, with their strength in depth are expected to pick up a routine win against Republic of Ireland.
