Team News
England
- England will all but secure their place at Brazil 2014 with a win over Montenegro, who face a number of injury worries to key starters for the encounter.
- Ashley Cole is Roy Hodgson's only injury worry ahead of the game, with Kieran Gibbs called up to the squad as his replacement.
- Leighton Baines is expected to start in Cole's absence, however, while Daniel Sturridge and Wayne Rooney are set to return to first-team duties after missing the last round of international fixtures through injury.
Montenegro
- Montenegro currently sit just 1 point behind England in Group H in qualifying and need to pick up maximum points if they're to secure a place at next summer's World Cup.
- However, head coach Branko Brnović will be without key quartet Mirko Vucinic, Mladen Bozovic, Marko Basa and Milorad Pekovic for the trip to Wembley due to injury.
- Up front, Fatos Beqiraj is expected to partner Stevan Jovetic in the absence of captain Vucinic.
Prediction
- England manager Roy Hodgson has the luxury of a fully fit squad to choose from after all 23 players trained on Tuesday. The Three Lions will all but secure their place at next summer's World Cup with a win over group H rivals Montenegro at Wembley, although a draw will suffice.
- Montenegro, on the other hand, must go all out to secure maximum points, but will have to do so without the services of striker and captain Mirko Vucinic, who is sidelined through injury.
- With centre-back Marko Basa also set to miss out, and a fully fit squad available to Hodgson, an England win is the likely outcome, although it'll still be a tight affair.
