League Cup Quarter-final Draw: United to face Stoke away

Manchester United have been drawn to face Stoke City away from home in the quarter-finals of the League Cup.

Javier Hernandez struck twice as United eased into the last eight with a convincing 4-0 win over Norwich at Old Trafford while Stoke needed penalties to edge past Birmingham.
The final Championship side left in the competition Leicester City have been rewarded with a home tie against Manchester City.

Substitute Lloyd Dyer scored an 89th-minute winner in a thrilling topsy-turvy tie as the Foxes stunned Fulham 4-3 at the King Power Stadium while City needed extra time to edge past Newcastle.
Southampton or Sunderland will play Chelsea at home. The two teams meet at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday November 6 for a place in the last eight.

The tie will be played in the week commencing December 16.
