I wonder what the hell is wrong with MTN Nigeria .
BIS has been unavailable for over twelve (12) hours and yet MTN has not
deemed it fit to send an apology to subscribers on why the service is
down or when it would be fixed.
All
the customer care agents keep saying is "We apologize...bla
bla...kindly perform a hard reset and...bla bla bla". Hey, that is stale
news! We are sick and tired of apologies.
Even when the service is back up, one would still not get any compensation for the time lost.
This is complete fraud . It's high-time we subscribers start getting value for paid services.
MODs, please move to front page. I need this message to get out to them. We've had enough of this poo!
MTN Nigeria, fix your service issues and show some genuine concern for your customers OR lose them.
Seriously considering legal action....
