All the customer care agents keep saying is "We apologize...bla bla...kindly perform a hard reset and...bla bla bla". Hey, that is stale news! We are sick and tired of apologies.
Even when the service is back up, one would still not get any compensation for the time lost.

MTN Nigeria, fix your service issues and show some genuine concern for your customers OR lose them.
