Sean "Diddy" Combs tops Forbes list of the highest-paid hip-hop artists after earning $50 million over the past year.
His income from the Bad Boy record label, Sean John clothing line and
Blue Flame agency contributes to his bottom line. But his partnership
with Diageo's Ciroc vodka is what brings him the most bucks.
Diddy is also launching new cable channel Revolt this fall, which will air on Time Warner and Comcast.
On Monday, Diddy posted a meme on instagram that read: "When I'm on
my death bed, I want my final words to be, 'I left one million dollars
in the..." He commented: "Sooooo True! Haaaaaaa :)"
We bet he'll make good on that promise.
Number two on the list is Jay Z,
who made $43 million from touring, his Armand de Brignac champagne,
D'Ussé cognac, Roc Nation label and management firm and other projects.
Dr. Dre came in third with $40 million. He was number one in 2012 due to his Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, which he's still selling.
