Athletics - Bolt planning to retire after Rio 2016

"I think it will be a good time to retire, on top and just been dominating for so long," said Bolt, who was speaking at a press conference ahead of the Brussels Diamond League.

But before the six-time Olympic gold medallist hangs up his running spikes he plans to dominate the sport for three more years by winning gold in Rio, breaking his own 200m world record and adding a maiden Commonwealth Games gold in Glasgow.
"If I want to be among the greats of (Muhammad) Ali and Pele and all these guys I have to continue dominating until I retire," said Bolt.

"I'm really focusing on getting every season correct, trying not to get injured and just continue dominating so at the end of my career people will put me among the greats."
And whilst the fastest man in history conceded his 100m world record of 9.58 seconds would probably prove too tough to beat, he said he hoped to break his 200m mark of 19.19 seconds next year.
The Jamaican won three golds at the world championships in Moscow last month and will complete his season with a 100m in Brussels on Friday.
